Kosovo’s path towards the European Union is the priority of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. Entering into obligations through the Stabilization Association Agreement for the Public Administration and its employees is the main task to join the big European family.

Therefore, in order to have an easier integration process, our institutions must have professional and trained employees who lead and manage the European Integration process with dedication.
IKAP, through the field of European Union training, offers training modules that expand the knowledge and increase the skills of civil servants on European Union issues and as a result of the trainings developed, the Kosovo Integration process will be faster.
The key trainings that this field offers are those for the approximation of local legislation with that of the European Union, the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, the absorption of IPA funds, priority chapters of the SAA, the process of negotiations with the EU in the accession process , etc
