Mission
The mission of the Department of Training Organization is to manage and maintain the process of implementing and executing training, assists management in coordinating groups and teaching schedules, provides administrative, operational support on monitoring attendance and the overall progress of the training process.
Coordinates the preparation, implementation, reporting and progress of the regular training plan, coordinates the timely implementation of training activities and learning events at KIPA.
Maintains the register of training participants and provides their coordination services.
It manages the class organization system, communication with institutions for the nomination of officials and internal documents of KIPA and provides coordination services for training participants.
For its functioning, the Department of Training Organization is organized into two divisions:
Division of Training Organisation at Central Level
Identification, coordination and organization of the training process for officials of central level institutions. Management of agendas, training groups and direct communication with ministries and central agencies for the nomination process. Ensuring operational progress, monitoring class attendance and drafting regular reports on the implementation of training plans for the central administration.
Division of Training Organisation at Local Level
Identification, coordination and organization of the training process for officials of local level institutions. Management of agendas, training groups and close cooperation with municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo for the coordination of training across regions. Ensuring operational progress, monitoring of field attendance and drafting periodic reports on the implementation of training plans for local administration.
