Department of Planning and Evaluation of Trainings

Mission

The mission of the Department of Planning and Evaluation of Trainings is to manage and maintain the process of identifying training needs, assist management in designing training programs, provide administrative, logistical, monitoring and quality assessment support for training sessions.

Coordinates the preparation, implementation, reporting and evaluation of the annual training plan, coordinates the timely implementation of capacity building activities in KIPA.
Maintains the register of trainers and provides their evaluation services.
Manages the training effects evaluation system and KIPA’s internal documents and provides logistical services for training participants.
For its functioning, the Department of Planning and Evaluation of Trainings is organized into two divisions:  

Division of Needs Assessment and Curriculum Development

Identification, analysis and assessment of training needs of public officials at the national level. Drafting, designing and developing curricula, training programs and learning modules based on the requirements of the institutions. Continuous cooperation with experts in relevant fields to update training materials and adapt them to legal changes and reforms in public administration.

Division of Quality Management of Trainings

Continuous monitoring, control and evaluation of the quality of training delivery and trainer performance. Permanent assurance of participant satisfaction measurement through evaluation instruments, as well as certification of officials after completion of programs. Drafting of periodic analytical reports on the success, efficiency and impact of trainings in institutional capacity building.
