Information technology is increasingly moving to the core of national competitive strategies around the world, thanks to its revolutionary power it is a critical enabler of growth, development and modernization. The information technology sector in public administration continues to change every day. Fast and reliable operation is ensured by a central information and communication network through which flows a large amount of suitably protected data. In order to simplify and digitize the work between institutions, various joint IT solutions or services have been developed, which are also available to citizens and institutions. The focus is on what civil servants need to know about managing information technology to create more efficient, effective and transparent administration. Today, modern electronic systems, programs and software are being used in the country’s public administration. These achievements have made the work of the officials easier, but at the same time this “technique” continues to be the main driver for changes. IKAP, through the field of training for Information Technology, will offer initial and advanced training to enable civil servants and their units to ensure competence for work.
As a result of the trainings, civil servants will face new challenges and will be promoters of positive changes in public administration.
Civil servants from the management, professional and administrative level will participate in trainings from the field of information technology training.
