Human Resources constitute the key element of the success of any institution and organization. It is important that this function is understood as a strategic function. This means developing, raising and maintaining the competence of the institution with qualified, professional and responsible personnel, with a culture of work and cooperation.
Training programs in the field of Human Resources aim to increase the ability of managers and personnel/human resources officials to successfully manage the requirements of state administration institutions and other state institutions in the Republic of Kosovo for qualified personnel and managers, professional and responsible.
Training in this field is mainly dedicated to managers and human resources and personnel officers, such as the Personnel Management Program (with eight (8) one- and two-day modules), Human Resources Management and Development, etc.
In addition, the Introductory Training Program for new civil servants in the probationary period is being developed. At the same time, several other mandatory training programs for civil servants have been planned, as follows: Mandatory training program for civil servants after promotion; Mandatory training program for civil servants after their appointment to senior management positions; as well as the mandatory training program for civil servants to improve performance (which will be prepared after the approval of the regulation on the training of civil servants).
