In line with the institutional mission, research at KIPA aims to improve the quality of training in training programs. In doing so, KIPA supports the creation of a research culture at the institutional level as well as in all training programs. In our institutional principles, the creation of a research culture is achieved by aligning research practices with the core values and European standards of academic excellence, freedom, integrity and advancement in the field of public administration. KIPA is constantly striving to provide a good training service. This component is provided by paying attention to the needs according to the program of the government, institutions and the employees themselves. Qualitative and quantitative methods are applied in the training needs assessment and the whole process is done in cooperation with the institutions and their human resources units. To coordinate the process, KIPA has created a database of all institutions where the civil service is located.
