The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) in collaboration with the Office for Strategic Planning of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Project “Support for EU integration reform processes mandated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), co-financed by The European Union from March 27 to 29, 2024 are continuing the development of the training “Prevention and reduction of administrative burden”.
This training aims to discuss the various aspects of prevention and reduction of administrative burden (BA), through simplification and digitization of public services and prepare professionals capable of managing administrative functions in an organization.
