On October 30, 2024, at the request of the Ombudsperson Institution (OI), the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA) organized a training session on Budget Planning and Management at the OI premises. The training will continue until November 1, with the aim of enhancing the OI officials’ knowledge in budget preparation, planning, and management. Specifically, the training focuses on aligning strategic planning with budgeting, breaking down and justifying budget requests, measuring the achievement of objectives through performance indicators, and reporting.
