On October 25, 2023, the Prevention and treatment of cases of sexual harassment in the workplace training was held
This training was organized by IKAP, in cooperation with the Agency for Gender Equality (ABGJ/ZKM) and UN Women, within the project “Gender component in the promotion of decent work through the management of safety and health at work”, which implemented under the management of the ILO and financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), through the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina.
The main purpose of the training was to familiarize the participants with the prevention and treatment of cases of sexual harassment in the workplace, the creation of a culture of respect within the workplace, as well as the Policy against sexual harassment in public administration bodies, approved by the Government in the year 2020.
Officials of the Municipality of Klina participated in the training.
