On September 2nd, KIPA commenced a Training of Trainers program in the field of Ex-post Evaluation of Legal Acts. The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA), in collaboration with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and in coordination with the Legal Office of the Prime Minister’s Office, organized this training, which will span 7 days. Participants have been selected based on the criteria outlined in KIPA’s legislation.
The training was inaugurated by the Acting Director General, Ms. Lule Isufi, who welcomed the participants and wished them success in the program. She also introduced the engaged trainers: Lorenzo Allio, an expert with extensive experience in ex-post evaluation of legal acts, and expert Levent Koro, during which the trainers will complete the module leading up to the certification process for the candidates.
