Training for the General Administrative Procedure for Labor Inspectors

Training for Labor Inspectors Begins
The Kosovo Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) has initiated the training for “General Administrative Procedure,” starting today. This training is organized in collaboration with the Central Labor Inspectorate. A total of 63 labor inspectors will participate, divided into three groups. This training is essential for enhancing the quality of the inspectors’ work, as they frequently deal with inspection processes that encompass administrative procedures from start to finish in their daily duties.
KIPA is continually improving the quality of its training programs. The KIPA experts are developing materials in line with current legislation, including pre-test assessments and a final test at the conclusion of the three-day training.
Both the Institute for Public Administration and the Central Labor Inspectorate are committed to providing professional development tailored to the needs of the inspectors for more efficient work. The collaboration between the two institutions will continue in developing new modules and enhancing the quality of the training programs.
