Today, 03.04.2024, at the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration U.d., the director Mrs. Lule Isufi has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with; The Office for Good Governance, Human Rights, Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination in the Office of the Prime Minister Mr. Habit Hajredini Director of the ZQM; Terre des Hommes Lausanne Foundation in Kosovo, Pajtim Zeqiri Head of Office.
The memorandum of cooperation was made with the aim of increasing and developing cooperation between the Parties for raising the capacities of Public Officials in the field of child protection, migration and anti-trafficking, as well as juvenile justice. Through this memorandum, the parties have expressed their willingness to establish cooperative relations for the implementation of the training program for issues such as: protection from discrimination, anti-gypsyism, children in conflict with the law, prohibited child labor, protection and treatment of child victims of abuse, sexual exploitation, trafficking and unsafe migration of children.
As obligations for the development of activities by the three parties in the agreement, among others, will be the organization of trainings for public officials in the spheres of good governance, human rights, opportunities equal and in anti-discrimination matters. In this memorandum, which includes topics of the government agenda, Terre des Hommes will support IKAP and ZQM to implement their programs by involving public officials at the central and local level.
