The Institute for Public Administration, the Office of the Prime Minister and GIZ held the meeting for the planning of trainings for the Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden Institute for Administration
U.D of the General Director of the Institute for Public Administration Ms. Lule Isufi with an associate hosted Mr. Kushtrim Canolli, Coordinator for the Administrative Burden Process from OPM as well as Mrs. Venera Aqifi, Mr. Arbër Sadiku and Mrs. Laura Zeka from The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GiZ).
The purpose of this meeting was the readiness to continue supporting the organization of trainings in the Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden Program since the Institute for Public Administration in cooperation with the Strategic Planning Office of the Prime Minister’s Office is supported from the Component for Reducing the Administrative Burden, co-financed by the EU and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
Training will focus on topics such as designing services, reengineering procedures, drafting public policies with a focus on prevention and reduction of administrative burden, as highlighted in the Program for Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden 2022-2027 .
GIZ and IKAP in cooperation focus on the following areas: Providing training for reducing the administrative burden (ZBA) for civil servants from central and local level institutions.
Training to reduce the administrative burden will be provided to around 1000 civil servants for the period 2023-2025, exchange of best practices and organization of conferences, seminars, round tables and joint workshops.
