OECD and SIGMA Organize Roundtable on Key Administrative Legal Framework in KIPA
In anticipation of the Law on Administrative Disputes coming into effect on January 10, 2025, SIGMA, in collaboration with KIPA, has organized a roundtable with selected public authorities. This meeting introduces the main innovations of the new Law on Administrative Disputes and discusses their impact on the handling of administrative matters by public authorities. Additionally, the roundtable provides an opportunity to address any issues related to the implementation of the Law on General Administrative Procedure.
Participating authorities include the State Advocacy Office, Kosovo Customs, Kosovo Tax Administration, the Independent Oversight Board for the Civil Service, relevant departments for social and pension schemes within the Ministry of Finance, and the Free Legal Aid Agency. Given the importance of these topics to the judiciary, judges are also invited to participate and discuss key issues of interest related to the implementation of the aforementioned laws
