The training cycle is continuing Prevention and treatment of cases of sexual harassment in the workplace. The next training on November 15, 2023 for officials of the Municipality of Istog.
The training is organized by Kosovo Institute for Administration Public , in collaboration with Equality Agency Gender/ Prime Minister’s Office (ABGJ/ZKM) and UN Women Kosovo, within the project “Gender component in the promotion of decent work through occupational safety and health management”, which is implemented under the management of the ILO and financed by the Swedish Agency of International Cooperation for Development (SIDA), through the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina.
The main goal of the training is to familiarize the participants with the prevention and treatment of cases of sexual harassment in the workplace, the creation of a culture of respect within the workplace as well as the Policy against sexual harassment in the bodies of public administration, approved by the Government in 2020.
