The Kosovo Institute of Public Administration continues to organize training on the topic “Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden”. This training was organized for inspectorates at the central and local levels.
The training is organized in cooperation with the Office for Strategic Planning of the Prime Minister’s Office and the GIZ Project “Support for EU Integration Reform Processes in Kosovo”, mandated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ECD), co-financed by the European Union, and focuses on topics such as reengineering procedures, drafting public policies for the prevention and reduction of administrative burden, and designing services as highlighted in the Program for Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden 2022-2027.
To be more efficient in preventing and reducing administrative burden, this training also includes a module on Design Thinking, which will be held in the coming days.
