Prevention and reduction of administrative burden

The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) in cooperation with the Office for Strategic Planning of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Project “Support for the EU integration reform processes in Kosovo with a mandate from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), co-financed from the European Union from February 20 to 22, 2024 are conducting the “Prevention and reduction of administrative burden” training.

This training aims to discuss the various aspects of preventing and reducing the administrative burden (BA), through the simplification and digitization of public services and to prepare professionals capable of managing administrative functions in an organization.

This training will increase knowledge and skills to perform administrative tasks and responsibilities in an appropriate and coordinated manner, raise the necessary legal and regulatory knowledge for public administration, use administrative software, document management, and effective communication.

Also this training will help develop the leadership skills of administrative workers, including time management, problem solving, and decision making, administrative burden training can focus on the skills needed to manage administrative projects, including their planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
In general, the purpose of training for “Prevention and reduction of administrative burden” is to prepare employees capable of performing administrative tasks successfully and contributing to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization.
