The Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) in cooperation with the Office for Strategic Planning of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Project “Support for the EU integration reform processes” of Kosovo with a mandate from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), co-financed by The European Union has developed a training module for prevention and reduction of administrative burden, which focuses on topics such as service design, reengineering procedures, drafting public policies with a focus on prevention and reduction of administrative burden:
Organize the training “Prevention and reduction of administrative burden”
This training aims to discuss the various aspects of preventing and reducing the administrative burden (BA), through the simplification and digitization of public services. The training is held on December 12, 13, 14, 2023 at the Trofta hotel in Istog, accommodation has also been reserved for the participants during the training days.
The training will last 3 days, while the rest of the specific training for service design will last 2 days, which will be held later, for which you will be notified in time.
