On 25.10.2023, the training started on the topic “Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden”
IKAP with the support of the Office for Strategic Planning of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Project “Support for Kosovo’s EU integration reform processes mandated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) co-financed by The European Union will carry out training on this topic.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has taken a very important step in this direction, in 2022 it approved the Program for the Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden 2022-27, with this initiative it is intended to ease the procedure of obtaining services for citizens and businesses, which in one way or another affects the greater economic development and the well-being of the citizen.
This training focuses on topics such as designing services, re-engineering procedures, drafting public policies with a focus on prevention and reduction of administrative burden, as highlighted in the Program for Prevention and Reduction of Administrative Burden 2022-2027.
GIZ and IKAP jointly focus on the following areas: Provision of administrative burden reduction training (ZBA) for civil servants from central and local level institutions, administrative burden reduction training will is offered to about 1000 civil servants for the period 2023-2025, the exchange of best practices and the organization of conferences, seminars, round tables and joint seminars.
