The Public Procurement Regulatory Commission in cooperation with the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration in support of the Regulation on Public Procurement, according to article 86.1 of this regulation, we quote: “86.1 KRPP in cooperation with IKAP organizes the testing for the following training, who attended the training at least 12 days out of 15 total determined for the basic program“, publishes the list of officials who will undergo testing in the Basic Professional Program for Procurement during of 2024 and the agenda of holding the test.
List of test officials by groups
The testing will be organized on date 20.05.2024 (Monday), in the halls of IKAP (Kosovo Institute for Public Administration / Ministry of Internal Affairs), Str. “Independence”, Hajvali in Pristina.
The testing will be organized in two terms, according to the agenda:
First and second group according to the list: 09:30 – 10:00 (signing of participants)
Testing for the first and second group: 10:00 – 11:00
The third and fourth group according to the list: 11:00 – 11:30 (signing of participants)
Testing for the third and fourth group: 11:30 – 12:30
All participants who will undergo the test must have with them the identification document: ID card or passport, otherwise they cannot participate in the test. Also, in order to make the testing process as smooth as possible, changing groups, use of mobile phone/digital watch and communications are not allowed.
According to the Public Procurement Regulation, article 87.2 of this regulation, we quote: “87.2 The tests for the basic and advanced program must contain 100 points each. The minimum number of points to pass the exam for the basic professional certificate is above 65 out of 100 possible points.
