On April 24, 2024, Ms. Lule Isufi, General Director of the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA), and Mr. Bardhyl Dobra, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, welcomed in meeting Mr. Nicolas Mainetti, Director of the Francophone Institute of Administration and Management, and Ms. Iva Dikova, Responsible for the project Platform of training for Francophone Europeans at ESFAM – the School of Management of Francophonie.
On this occasion, Ms. Lule Isufi and the director of ESFAM, Mr. Nicolas Mainetti, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, agreeing to promote joint activities, training programs, to build practical communities in the field of public administration, governance, and capacity building. This document aims to establish sustainable and fruitful cooperation between the two institutions for the development of French language courses for civil servants. This is an important step to ensure a high standard of language competencies for public administration personnel.
During the discussions with director Nicolas Mainetti and Ms. Iva Dikova, regarding the Kosovo Public Administration Conference KOSPAR2024, as ESFAM will be an active participant through a Francophone panel.
The meeting and the signing of this Memorandum are significant steps towards the advancement of international cooperation and the professional skills of public administration personnel.
