Meeting between IKAP, DQH and GiZ and EU

At the request of the parties, a meeting was held between the institutions of the Institute for Public Administration / IKAP, Central Harmonizing Department DQH and GiZ funded by the European Union.

Representatives of institutions participating in this meeting: Lule Isufi, deputy director of IKAP, Agim Krasniqi from MFPT/DHQ, and representatives of the GIZ project financed by the European Union, Mrs. Paulina Stanoeva and Boris Petkov as well as other officials from IKAP.
 
Ms. Isufi in this case emphasized that IKAP will respond to requests and will cooperate with Public Administration institutions so that all planning for the following year is done in cooperation with local institutions and projects in support such as GIZ in support of DQH.

Also Mrs. Isufi emphasized that IKAP will soon use the Moodle platform, which platform will affect the digitization of some trainings that will be planned to be held in a virtual way, which is the request from other institutions in the country.

Continuous professional training, which until now has been covered ad-hoc, which includes all phases of internal audit, which also includes the phase of Public Procurement strategy.

Mr. Agim Krasniqi, Director of the DQH, emphasized that work is being done in the new CA for certification of Internal Auditors, in support of the DHQ from the GIZ project financed by the European Union for the new certification system for Internal Auditors where in this system, there will be synchronization between the two institutions so that the Auditor’s annual reports are as professional as possible and with the easiest access, which will also result in the preparation of tests and certifications of Internal Auditors.

Every year, the certificate will be maintained where training should be organized for Internal Auditors in all areas as well as in Public Procurement.

Ms. Stanoeva was interested in the process of reforms in IKAP and other processes that may affect the work and the progress of trainings.
  
After the completion of the proposals and the presentation of the requirements, the parties agreed to make a Memorandum of Understanding between IKAP and the GIZ Project, financed by the European Union and DQH, for the continuation of the activities.
