On June 21, 2024, the Kosova Institute for Public Administration (KIPA), in collaboration with the USAID Activity for Municipal Integrity in Kosovo, has launched an online training platform for public administration officials in Kosova. This platform has the potential to fundamentally change the way our Institute, which is the responsible institution for professional capacity building through training, operates by advancing our services through modern technology.
KIPA warmly thanks all participants who were part of this event today, especially:
• The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mr. Bardhyl Dobra,
• The USAID representative, Mr. Jamie Evans-Butler, and Ms. Perihane-Ymeri Ustaibo, from the Office of Democracy and Governance,
• Ms. Aferdita Mekuli, Director of the USAID Activity for Municipal Integrity in Kosovo,
• Representatives of institutions, donors, Secretaries-General, and Directors of Agencies who continuously support us in our initiatives.
The collaboration and commitment with our partners have made it possible to create this advanced platform, which will facilitate access to specialized training and contribute to raising the performance standards of our administration. The online training platform offers convenient opportunities for online learning, including personalized training that caters to the needs of civil servants and contributes to the development of new skills required by the challenges of modern administration.
This step will help the Institute improve its capabilities to successfully respond to the challenges of modern administration.
At the conclusion of this important event for the development of Kosovo’s public administration, we deeply appreciate the joint contribution and dedication between Ministry of Internal Affairs, respectively KIPA, and the USAID Activity for Municipal Integrity in Kosova. The cooperation agreement, which was signed with the aim of strengthening our capacities, has made it possible for us to present this advanced online training platform today. This day is a clear testament to our commitment to enhancing capacities and providing quality training for civil servants.
