The Trainer Training was held on July 2 & 3, 2024 for experts from Kosovo and Montenegro, featuring lectures by renowned EIPA experts Mr. Juan Diego Ramírez-Cárdenas Díaz and Peter Goldschmidt.
The training was organized by the Kosovo Institute of Public Administration; Luxembourg Technical Assistance Programme for Kosovo “Strengthening Capacities for Implementing EU Law”, organized for the Human Resources Management Authority of Montenegro, Luxembourg Technical Assistance Programme for Montenegro “Strengthening Capacities of the Judiciary and Quality of Justice”, implemented with the support of the Luxembourg Government and held at the Kosovo Institute of Public Administration.
This training program included two modules, which were conducted on two consecutive days. Module 1 focused on fundamental issues to consider during the preparation and delivery of a training program and/or session. Module 2 focused on the personal skills needed to deliver and manage attractive and impactful training programs and sessions, as well as how to use evaluation results positively to further develop and/or improve training activities.
The overall objective of the program is to provide KIPA and HRMA and their trainers with common approaches to training, which we hope will contribute to establishing common standards for designing and delivering better training, as well as to better assess the quality and impact of delivered training activities.
The training offered was constructive, and each working group presented their ideas on the design of the training and the objectives to be pursued during the training, the methodology used, and the overall development of successful training.
KIPA and EIPA will continue their collaboration in organizing joint activities in the coming years, with further details to be announced in the upcoming months for a major project that EIPA will offer to KIPA.
