On June 4, 5 and 6, 2024, IKAP has organized “Introductory training for new civil servants in SHCK” for officials of the Municipal Administration of North Mitrovica.
The purpose of the training is to improve the knowledge of the participants on the understanding and application of ethics in Public Administration, deepening knowledge on decision-making and ethical dilemmas as well as rules of conduct. Also, the training will focus on increasing knowledge on the legal framework for fighting corruption, including the understanding of conflict of interest, the concept of corruption and integrity, as well as the consequences of corruption.”
The training was held at the premises of IKAP.
