On July 5, 2022, the meeting between IKAP and UN Women was held at IKAP, for the continuation of the implementation of the training module in support of the implementation of the policy against sexual harassment in public administration bodies (no. 260/2020, date 25 November 2020).
The main goal of the training Addressing gender discrimination in the workplace: Implementation of the policy against sexual harassment in public administration bodies, is to acquaint the participants with the basic concepts of gender discrimination in the workplace as well as the implementation of the policy against sexual harassment in public administration bodies. This training is dedicated to human resource managers/officers in public administration.
Representatives of IKAP (Basri Berisha, Human Resources Program Developer) and UN Women (Florije Kryeziu, Project Coordinator and Donika Lamaxhema, communication associate) agreed in principle that the trainings will be held in the second half of September this year for at least three (3) training groups.
The trainings are supported by UN Women and organized within the framework of the project “Promoting decent work through strengthening the management of safety and health at work, as well as social dialogue in Kosovo”, which is implemented by the ILO and financed by the Swedish International Cooperation Agency for Development (SIDA) through the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina.
The organization of these trainings is one of the points of cooperation according to the Memorandum of Understanding between IKAP and UN Women, signed on December 1, 2021.
