The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP), with the request made by the Municipality of Drenas, has organized the training Drafting of official letters and communication with letters in the Public Administration for officials of the Municipality of Drenas.
The training took place on September 25 and will continue and date 26, 31 professional level officials are attending the training. The purpose of the training is to increase the skills of public officials in the preparation and management of official documentation and written communication, to learn to create official documents that are clear, accurate and structured in a professional manner. This training aims to improve the quality of official documents and reinforce professional standards in public administration, to ensure that communication is clear and accurate.
