With the changes that IKAP has started, one of the objectives is to raise the quality of training, through the development of the development process of training for trainers in several fields, with the support from NDI we will be able to develop activities in three topics of TpT in; Ex-post evaluation of legislation; assessment of the gender impact on legislation (ex-ante and ex-post) and the use of the electronic system for drafting legislation (LDS) in cooperation with the Legal Office of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo. This Agreement also defines the guiding principles of cooperation between the parties and their responsibilities during the implementation of the NDI Project for “Comprehensive and Accountable Representation”, supported by USAID.
