UMI and IKAP have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the education and training of civil servants in the field of management, consultancy.

IKAP was represented by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo, Mr. Bardhyl Dobra, while Mr. James Nkata signed for UMI.

Mr. Dobra, for his part, pointed out that IKAP is looking forward to cooperation to improve the public sector in both countries and institutions. He said that IKAP will allow UMI to push its international agenda and boost capacity and research. DR Nkata looks forward to staff and student exchanges, joint research and consultancy together with international supervisions.
