Design Thinking Training

The Institute for Public Administration in cooperation with the Office of Strategic Planning of the Prime Minister’s Office and supported by the Component for the Reduction of Administrative Burden, co-financed by the EU and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ have continued with the Administrative Burden Reduction trainings, this time focusing on the use of Design Thinking as an innovative method to further improve the provision of public services.

The aim of this training is to equip civil servants with dynamic strategies that can make public services more efficient and more convenient for users, also aiming to encourage innovation, problem solving.

Overall, Design Thinking training aims to cultivate a mindset and skill set that empowers employees to have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver quality services to citizens.

Administrative Burden Reduction Training will be offered to approximately 1,000 civil servants for the period 2023-2025.
