Cooperation agreement between the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration and the University of T

In the premises of the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration, a cooperation agreement was signed between KIPA and the University of Technology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Kaunas, Lithuania.

This Memorandum of Understanding will provide a general framework for KIPA and UT (FShSAH) to promote joint activities and training programs, share lessons learned and build practical communities in the areas of public administration, governance and capacity building.
