Code of Conduct and anti-corruption

The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration, IKAP, together with the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung foundation within the project “Training for the Code of Conduct” in cooperation with the Labor Inspectorate have completed the Code of Conduct and Anticorruption training sessions.

These trainings are specially adapted to the needs of inspectors of the Labor Inspectorate and their last level.

The purpose of the training is for the participants to become familiar with the Code of Conduct for civil servants, to understand the standards of behavior at work, defined by the legal framework of the Civil Service, as well as to understand and apply knowledge about anti-corruption, conflict of interest and whistleblowing, with purpose of raising their professional skills and capacities.
