The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration in cooperation with the non-governmental organization Terre dess Hommes within the Project “Social Justice for Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians in Kosovo” have started with the organization of training for trainers “Anti-Gypsyism”
At the opening of this training, the deputy general director of the Kosovo Institute for Kosovo Administration, Mrs. Lule Isufi spoke about the general purpose and importance of this activity. Through the organization of trainings where the candidates who will win the title of trainer will be committed to raising awareness that members of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities are treated as equals by the state and society, where they have equal access and opportunities as all citizens others and where Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians recognize their rights and duties, emphasized Ms. Isufi.
The objective of this Training of Trainers on “Anti-Gypsyism” is to provide an intensive and interactive learning experience for trainers in the field of anti-Gypsyism. This TpT aims to equip trainers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively and professionally provide training on anti-Gypsyism to their respective target audiences as well as building the capacities of professionals – public officials on anti-Gypsyism and the forms of anti-Gypsyism so that the acquired knowledge will serve you in their work in practice.
