The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) supported by the Project ‘KSV/019 Technical Assistance in the Context of the European Integration of Kosovo’ based on the Administrative Instruction (QRK) – No. 13/2018 on the Conditions, Commitment, Categorization and method of payment of trainers at the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration announces:
CALL FOR APPLICATION
Those interested who meet the criteria required by the legislation in force for the training of trainers are invited to apply for future lecturers/trainers for the implementation of this program:
Training of Trainers (TpT) for the Integration of Foreigners.
The program will include the theoretical and practical part related to the international and local framework with a focus on the implementation of Kosovo’s legislation for the integration of foreigners including procedures, criteria in our country and international standards for the treatment of foreigners.
The purpose of this program is to increase the capacities of the officials and to create a group of trainers from them who will be able to transfer the knowledge to the officials of public institutions regarding the effective implementation in practice of the legislation for the integration of foreigners. Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be certified to provide training in this field.
Duration and duration of the training program
The trainer training program will last seven (7) days. The program will tentatively be held between February 7-15, 2023.
Evaluation of candidates:
In accordance with the aforementioned Administrative Instruction, all candidate trainers will be evaluated during selection and after completion of training. Applications are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Education and professional qualification;
- Work experience in the appropriate field;
- Experience in providing trainings;
- Other elements of merit including research and experience in the relevant field.
Engagement of trainers after training:
Applicants who will be successful and in cooperation with IKAP will be able to engage as a trainer within the training provided by IKAP.
The deadline for submitting applications is from January 11, 2023 to January 25, 2023. Since the number of candidates who will be selected to continue the training is limited, priority is given to those candidates who have work experience in the appropriate field.
