The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP), in cooperation with the Office of the Prime Minister and with the support of the technical assistance project financed by the European Union “Support for the Office of Strategic Planning – Kosovo”, in the framework of the Creation of the National Framework for Strategic Management and in accordance with the Administrative Instruction (GRK) – No. 13/2018 on the Conditions, Recruitment, Categorization and Method of Payment of Trainers at the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration announces:
CALL FOR APPLICATION
Those interested who meet the criteria required by the legislation in force for the training of trainers are invited to apply for future lecturers/trainers for the implementation of this program:
Training of Trainers (TpT) Strategic Planning and Management
Candidates must have knowledge in designing, costing, coordinating the implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation of strategies.
The purpose of this training program is to create a group of 15 professional trainers who will regularly conduct training for the national development plan and the processes of sector strategies in the Republic of Kosovo.
The program will include a combination of technical training on the new strategic planning framework and adult training sessions, including techniques for active participation training and training management. At the end of the process, trainers are expected to be able to provide training on the new strategic planning framework and related processes using the program design and materials provided by the Project.
Duration and date of the training program
The technical training of coaches is expected to be held in two sessions of 2-3 days for each session in February and March 2023.
Evaluation of candidates:
In accordance with the aforementioned Administrative Instruction, all candidates for trainers will be evaluated during the period and after the completion of the training. Applications are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Education and professional qualifications;
- Work experience (in the required field);
- Experience in training (in the required field);
- Other elements of merit.
Work experience in designing, coordinating implementation, monitoring and/or evaluating strategies is required.
Engagement of trainers after training:
Successful applicants will be engaged as trainers according to the needs of the specific training program for the new strategic planning framework in the Republic of Kosovo.
Deadline for submitting applications: 31/01/2023 16.00. The number of candidates who will be selected to attend the training is limited to 15.
