This report summarizes the activities developed during 2021 by the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP). The two priorities of the training and training of civil servants and the development of internal capacities defined in the work plan have guided the IKAP activity during 2021. The past year has been characterized by important events for the IKAP. In the framework of institutional restructuring reforms, the Government of Kosovo has merged two ministries, MIA and MAP into a single ministry, MIA. After this process, IKAP has been placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, maintaining the responsibilities defined in Law No. 04/L – 211, for the Institute of Public Administration.
