The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA) in cooperation with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) conducted training for trainers in two areas; U.D. The Director of the Institute Mrs. Lule Isufi together with the Senior Program Manager of NDI Mr. Artan Murati, distributed the Certificates for certified trainers in two fields; The Legislation Drafting System (LDS) aimed at training trainers who will enable public officials to use the Legislation Drafting System in Kosovo and the Ex-post Evaluation of Legal Acts aimed at certifying the trainers in evaluating effectiveness of laws and by-laws after their implementation.
