The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) on June 13 and 14, 2024, has developed the training “Development of Effective Public Policies”, this training will increase the skills and knowledge to perform administrative duties and responsibilities in an appropriate and coordinated manner, the establishment of the necessary legal and regulatory knowledge for public administration. Also, this training will help to develop the leadership skills of public officials, including time management, problem solving and decision making, including planning, monitoring and evaluating them.
