Today, 15.01.2024 Mrs. Lule Isufi, General Director of the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration together with deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mr. Bardhyl Dobra held an important meeting with Mr. Allen Southerland, Assistant Secretary of the Cabinet in the Canadian Government and Mrs. Erin Houlihan, Program Director for Governance at NDI in Washington.
The purpose of this meeting was the readiness to support the continuation of the smooth and effective transition (acceptance-handover) in Kosovo, and to help draw up the necessary guidelines for this transition, the National Democratic Institute (NDI) intends to evaluate and provide recommendations for practices, protocols and rules necessary to ensure effective and efficient transition of duty within the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
The meeting ended with a real success and harmony between the parties. Discussions, and the exchange of positive views helped define the necessary steps for a seamless transition.
