Invitation to apply for French language teaching for government officials:

The Government of Kosovo through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora has initiated the implementation of the program of the National Francophone Initiative (IFN) 2023-2026 for the strengthening of knowledge in the French language in the field of international relations for diplomats, officials, cadres and experts of the Government’s public administration of Kosovo, who are charged with files of international issues.

The Kosovo Institute for Public Administration/Ministry of Internal Affairs, in cooperation with the French Alliance in Pristina, the Francophone University Center (CUF) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, organize the program for learning the French language from level A2 to level B2 for senior officials of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. This program is supported by the International Organization of Francophonie (OIF) through the IFN 2023-2026 program and is co-financed by OIF and the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration/Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Aim of learning the French language:

The general purpose of the IFN, developed in the annual lesson plans, is to enable capacity building in the French language for diplomats, senior officials, cadres and experts within the public administration in the Republic of Kosovo, who deal with international affairs in order to use the French language of international relations in decision-making on the international stage. Therefore, for a period of 4 (four) years, the program focuses on strengthening professional capacities in French for Kosovo government officials and experts responsible for international affairs.
