Thus, IKAP will ensure that employees receive the necessary knowledge to achieve personal and professional success.

Ms. Lule Isufi, deputy General Director of IKAP, emphasized that the training process is an important step towards improving performance and creating a more productive environment for everyone. Through this review we aim to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current training processes, and consider how we can best use our resources to deliver quality and efficient training, a new training planning for the remaining half for 2023 will include several key elements:

  • Identification of training needs: An in-depth analysis of work experience and projections of market needs will help us determine priority training areas;
  • Development of training curricula: Based on identified needs, we will adapt and develop training curricula that will meet the current and future requirements of our industry;
  • On-site training: We ensure that the training offered is suitable for the needs of our workplace and helps to increase the specific skills of our employees;
