Human resources are the key asset of the public administration on which the success of the public administration depends. The application of training in human resource development in public administration institutions has been shown to be a fast and successful tool.
KIPA training activity in support of public administration training needs is based on short-term courses and long-term training programs which are focused on increasing the knowledge and skills of public administration employees in the areas of management, administration, legislation, human resources, budget and finance, information technology, local government and the European Union.
For the construction of the training program KIPA works closely with civil service institutions, human resources units which assist in the construction of the training program and its implementation.
Our training programs are designed for all categories of civil service employees and for the realization of which KIPA engages trainers from public administration, lecturers of higher education institutions, private sector and civil society advisors, specialists, local and foreigners whose selection is based on a meritocratic system.
At KIPA, the training methodology is based on experience, interactivity, exchange of experience and ideas. We are offering online training alongside physical presence training and in our perspective applying digital training is the next step we are working on.
Our overall goal is to develop the capacity of the Kosovo administration to serve the government and its citizens. As the central training institution and provider of qualification service for all authorities in the Republic of Kosovo, we are for a professional public administration, which is based on European principles and serves the citizens.
We are committed to enhancing the professional and social skills of public administration employees and promoting the exchange of experiences between them. It is our duty to support the policy of rapprochement with the European Union (EU) by training and qualifying public officials and increasing the efficiency of public administration.
