Organizational Structure of KIPA: Regulated by the Law on KIPA – LAW NO. 04/L – 221 and Regulation (OPM) NO. 01/2023 on internal organization. According to the current regulation, KIPA has the Office of the Executive Director, two (2) Departments, and four (4) Divisions, with a total of 19 positions.

Office of the Executive Director: The Executive Director oversees all work and activities of the institution, including the performance and quality of trainings, memoranda of understanding, projects with local and international partners, as well as finances and investments. Under direct management are two (2) department directors and one (1) executive officer, while indirectly there are four (4) division heads.

Department for Training Planning and Evaluation: The mission of the Department for Training Planning and Evaluation is to develop high-quality training programs to support the development of the civil service and public administration in general. Within the Department for Training Planning and Evaluation, there are two (2) divisions:

      Division for Training Needs Assessment and Curriculum Development

      Division for Training Quality Management.

The number of employees in the Department for Training Planning and Evaluation is seven (7).

Department of Training Organization: The Department of Training Organization is an organizational unit within the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration, whose mission is to provide quality training programs to support the development of the civil service and public administration in general. Within this department, there are two (2) divisions:

      Division for Central Level Training Organization;

      Division for Local Level Training Organization.

The number of employees in the Department of Training Organization is ten (10).
