Call for Application_Trade for Trainer_integration of Gender Perspective in EU membership process

Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) under the project “Instrument for Gender Equality”, funded by the European Union and implemented by UN Women – Office in Kosovo as well as Administrative Instruction (QRK) no. 13/2018 on the conditions, engagement, categorization and manner of payment of coaches to the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration, announces: 

Call for application 

Interested people who meet the criteria required under the applicable legislation on training trainers apply for future coaches for implementing this program:
Integration of gender perspective into EU membership process
The purpose of this training is to equip participants with knowledge, skills and tools to integrate and promote gender equality in all stages European. The training aims to create a group of skilled coaches that will be able to further follow these knowledge and skills, in accordance with the requirements of European integration. 
Participants will strengthen their capacities to analyze, monitor and advocate for incorporating gender perspective in public policies, strategic and legal documents, and sectoral reforms. The particular focus of training is in the legal framework, institutional mechanisms and harmonization of local legislation with EU legislation (acquis) to ensure and advance the inclusion of gender equality in this process. 
The duration and time of holding the training program
training for coaches (TPT) is expected to be held during May 2025.
Candidate evaluation:
in harmony with the above administrative guidance, all coaching candidates will be evaluated during the training period and after completing training. 

Applications are evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
• Vocational education and qualification:
• Work experience (at least 5 years of professional work experience); 
• Training experience; 
• Other elements of the merit (publications in the field of legislation, participation in drafting legislation, certificates). 

Post-training coaches:
Successful applicants will attend training for coaches, of whom candidates who will be certified after successful qualification will be engaged by IKAP as coach according to the needs of the gender perspective training program into the EU membership process. 
Deadline for submission of applications: 16.04.2025 until 30.04.2025. 
The number of candidates to be selected to continue the training is limited.
